Camille Merré is an entrepreneur, artist, consultant, and speaker with a multicultural background with over 7 years of experience in the fields of public relations, marketing, community management, and social media. She is an expert in the luxury sector having worked for Cartier, Hermès, Shamballa Jewels, S.I.H.H (Watches & Wonders) and, Baselworld. Futurist, metaverse specialist, and women empowerment advocate, she co-founded with Aline d’Ambricourt, the family-brand Camille Louise Jewellery (Zug, Switzerland), a pioneer with the first Swiss jewellery NFT & GEM-XR where she is the Co-Founder/Chief of Metaverse of GEM-XR.

She completed a Master’s in Management (Marketing) degree at Regent’s University London in 2021 with a dual award for the Chartered Management Institute Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice. Her Master’s thesis on AR, Metaverse within the luxury sector was supervised by Professor (Dr.) Jonathan A.J Wilson. She is the university’s first post-graduate student for the Clinton Foundation leadership programme (CGIU) with a commitment to action of empowering women in tech and a socially responsible future. Camille completed a CPD coaching course and holds a GIA diploma (Gemological Institute of America) and became an Artist-in-Residence in the Superworld NFT platform in June 2021.

Currently, she dedicates her time advising and consulting luxury brands to enter the metaverse powered by GEM-XR. The company is specialised in revolutionising customer interactive shopping experiences, offering immersive SaaS web-based virtual worlds/stores, virtual try-on, NFTs, blockchain development at the intersection of CGI, Unreal Engine, Unity, and sustainability.
